BRENTWOOD Location: We are inside the Evolve Strength Gym on the 3rd floor of the Amazing Brentwood Mall, please use the iPad on the right of the receptionist desk to check in and we’ll be out at your appointment time to bring you in.
- Please note that we don’t have full receptionist services at the Brentwood location, so we are limited to direct billing only the following insurance companies: Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Chambers of Commerce, Claim Secure, DA Townly, Desjardins, Equitable Health, GroupHealth, iA, Johnston Group, Manulife, Maximum Benefit, RWAM

- ICBC: We are happy to direct bill for any chiropractic or physiotherapy appointments, however our massage therapists are not taking any ICBC patients at this time.
- WorkSafeBC: We are no longer accept WorkSafe claims due to frequent claim denials
- RMT visits with Shannon: Please note that due to a health condition, appointments with Shannon may occasionally need to get rescheduled last minute, we apologize for the inconvenience
- Custom Orthotics: We recommend having a medical doctor’s referral/prescription for orthotics before your appointment to ensure your claims are approved by your insurance providers
- Cancellation Policy: Please try to provide at least 24hrs notice before cancelling any appointments to avoid the 50% late cancellation fee
